All presented products and materials on www.sentensia.com (templates, presets, sound packs, sound sets, sample packs, MIDI packs, audio files, demos, logos, tutorials, graphics, and images) are the property of Sentensia (and other producers, respectively, whose products are uploaded on this site) and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reselling or trading (even single sounds), copying, publication, reproduction, and processing into other formats and rearrangement of files for subsequent resale of any products or parts of this site is strictly prohibited.
Several products (soundbanks, presets, sample packs, MIDI packs) on this site are sold as royalty-free (in the product description, they are marked as «100% Royalty-Free»). This means that when you purchase a product online, you receive a license to use it in your projects and musical compositions, but the ownership rights remain with Sentensia (and other producers, respectively, whose products are uploaded on this site). Such products as templates are sold as materials for personal familiarization and training. All their contents, including musical compositions, are also protected by copyrights and property rights belonging to Sentensia (and other producers, respectively, whose products are uploaded on this site).
Some products on this website (in which description there is an appropriate notation) can be purchased with the full license. That means the transfer of all rights of ownership and the use of a product to a particular customer.
Delivery Policy
Our products are digital ones. The download link is sent to the customer's e-mail after the purchase and is also stored in the personal account.
Disclaimer
Since our site is serving customers globally and our products can be used by many customers, we are not responsible for any possible conflicts between the musicians, labels, and other third parties using the same sounds, samples, or loops of our products.

Refund Policy.
Given the particular nature of our products (immaterial irrevocable goods), all downloaded digital products on our website are non-refundable and non-returnable.
