Instantly! After checking out and completing the payment, within minutes you will receive an e-mail containing the link to download your files. Your download links will also be displayed on the order confirmation page after payment. Finally, if you have a Sentensia user account and used it to order, your downloads will also be available on your “My Account” page. Please do not share any download links or account information with anyone.

If you have changed your mind and haven’t downloaded the files yet (as per our system logs), you have the right to ask for a refund. Please contact us by e-mail using our contact page. If however you already clicked on the download link, we consider that you have taken delivery of the product and therefore we cannot offer a refund.

The download link that you received after your purchase is only useable 3 times. After that, it is automatically disabled to guarantee optimal security for the files on our servers. It is recommended that you keep a backup of your downloaded files on your hard disk. If you weren’t able to do this and if you need to download your product again, please email us at support@sentensia.com and we will generate a new download link for you.

Of course! Most of our content is 100% royalty-free. We are excited if you use our products for your creativity in any way, where they will help you achieve the highest level of your innovation.

It depends. If the product is marked as “royalty free”, then you may use its melodies in your musical productions. Otherwise, it means the melodies might be copyrighted and you cannot use them as such in your productions. This will be specified on the product page. If you aren’t sure, please drop us an email at support@sentensia.com and we will let you know.

For DAW templates specifically, please understand that templates are intended for educational/inspirational purposes, even when they are royalty-free. You may not release and/or distribute the exact original track that the template is based on as your original track.

All Rights not expressly granted to the user are reserved. The sounds and files are licensed, not sold, to you to be reproduced within your original musical compositions only. All copying, lending, duplicating, re-selling or trading of this product or its content is strictly prohibited. Only the original purchaser of this product has the right to embody and reproduce the enclosed sound samples within their music compositions. The use of these sounds in multimedia projects is limited to use within original musical compositions. Any other multimedia use of these sounds must be cleared with Sentensia prior to release. This license is granted for a single user only (and is given on a worldwide basis). The license is non-exclusive and is granted for the full period of copyright protection and sound samples. You cannot electronically transfer the sound samples or place them in a time-sharing or service bureau operation or a computer/sampler network. Opening this product constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
